Dr. Jean G. Joseph, CPA, born in Roseau, Dominica, is a true Caribbean success story whose journey spans education, professional excellence, and community service. A graduate of Convent High School, Dominica Teacher’s College, Iowa State University, and Pace University, she built a distinguished career as a Certified Public Accountant specializing in tax planning, estate, trust, and gift taxation, with leadership roles at American Express, Goldstein Golub & Kessler, Anchin Block & Anchin, and Lionel Lewis, CPA. Founder and CEO of Joseph Tax and Consulting Services and Jean G. Joseph, CPA, PC, her firms—recognized as Minority and Woman-Owned Enterprises—serve individuals, corporations, and nonprofits with audits, financial consulting, and training. Widely honored for her leadership, including proclamations from Congress, the New York State Assembly, and the City Council, she has served as President of the Queens/Brooklyn Chapter of the NYSSCPA, President of the Brooklyn Canarsie Lions Club, and Treasurer for civic and political organizations. A philanthropist and advocate, she has funded scholarships in Dominica, advanced educational partnerships with CUNY, supported hospitals with medical supplies, and helped establish numerous nonprofit organizations. Recipient of the Dominican Award of Honor, among many distinctions, Dr. Joseph continues to inspire through her dedication to excellence, service, and empowering the Caribbean diaspora

As president and CEO of CACCI, he has helped grow the statewide membership organization to over 1,700 and provides expertise in providing business assistance to small start-up and emerging businesses in areas of business planning, financing, procurement, preparation for certification and business expansion, tourism and export/import opportunities.
